I’ll reach out via email or text to go over availability, answer questions, and make sure we’re a good fit.

SECURE YOUR DATE
Once we finalize the details, you’ll receive a contract and invoice. Your session is officially booked once the contract is signed and the retainer is paid.

After booking, you’ll receive my styling guide and location guide to help you start planning the vibe of your session.

Will you help with styling and posing?
Yes — styling and posing are fully covered. You’ll get a styling guide to help choose a color palette that photographs beautifully, and I’ll direct you through classic shots first, then move into natural, prompt-based moments so everything feels effortless and authentic.
Location, access & travel
Q: Is the permit included in your prices?
Yes, the permit is pulled when the remaining balance is paid, so 2 days prior, UNLESS its for the botanical gardens which needs to be filed 3-4 weeks prior to the session date.
Q: Do you have base access?
Yes. If you’re on base, I can get to you—no extra fuss.
Q: Where do you shoot?
Everywhere & anywhere. I will provide you with a list of beautiful locations to choose from.
Q: Can I do a studio session?
If you have base access, you are more than welcome to choose an indoor studio session with a plain white backdrop, pink or dark brown.
Or you are more than welcome to pay extra to have your session at The Gallery in Kapolei OR Kaeo Studios in Waipahu
Q: Is there a travel fee?
$75 to travel the north west areas. This covers gas, drive time, and the energy it takes to show up fully prepared. No hidden fees—any extra costs like permits or special access will be communicated upfront.
If I’m already heading somewhere and it aligns with your vibe, you pay nothing extra as long as you’re within 10 miles of my route. I announce these spots in advance on Instagram.
Q: Can I pick the spot?
Absolutely. I will provide a location guide to best help you.
Booking & Payment Policies
Q: What’s the booking process?
A non-refundable retainer is required to lock in your date. You can either pay in full or split your payment by sending the retainer first and the remaining balance later.
Invoices are available through Pixieset for secure online payments; standard processing fees will apply.
Or you may skip the processing fee & pay via Apple Pay, Zelle or Navy Fed.
Q: Do you offer payment plans?
Yes. Payments can be split into 3–4 installments leading up to your session date please just let me know.
Q: Why is the retainer non-refundable?
Your session date is reserved exclusively for you. Once booked, that time is no longer available to other clients. In the rare event that I need to cancel, you will receive a full refund or we may transfer your payment to a new date.
Q: What happens if I need to reschedule?
You have two attempts to reschedule, and it must be within a month.
Q: What happens if weather doesn't permit?
No stress. Your retainer will transfer to a rescheduled date.
Q: Are there any additional fees?
Any potential costs—such as travel or location permits—will always be communicated upfront. No surprises.
Q: When is the remaining balance due?
The remaining balance is due two days prior to your session.
Q: Will my rate ever change?
Rates may vary depending on location, session type, number of people involved, or specific creative/styling needs.

All pricing is transparent from the start—no hidden fees, no guesswork.
Image Delivery & Selection
Q: How and when will I receive my images?
Your fully edited gallery will be delivered within 1–2 weeks via Pixieset. From there, you can easily download, share, print, and favorite your images.
Please note: I do not archive galleries long-term, so be sure to download and back up your files as soon as they’re delivered.
Q: What does “full gallery” mean?
A full gallery typically includes anywhere from 50–300 images, depending on how your session naturally unfolds. While there’s no guaranteed count, I generally deliver a minimum of 60 images.
Every session is different—I focus on quality, storytelling, and intention over hitting a specific number.
Q: Can I choose which images I receive?
No need—I handle the selection process for you. You’ll receive every image that meets my quality standards.
If we’ve discussed a specific creative direction (blurry, experimental, etc.), I’ll absolutely honor that. Otherwise, I carefully curate and edit your gallery to reflect the strongest, most cohesive story.
Q: Can I receive the raw, unedited files?
No. Editing is a fundamental part of my work. Each image is intentionally refined—removing distractions, enhancing light and tone, and bringing the full vision to life.
